Agronomist

This position is responsible for field scouting and consulting, soil and tissue sampling, fertilizer and chemical recommendations, as well as seed recommendations and customer meetings.  The position is expected to actively promote growth, progression, and profitability of Sooner Cooperative, Inc. and provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Custom Applicator

As a custom applicator you will be responsible for applying fertilizer and agriculture chemicals to support farmers in increasing crop yields.  Candidate must be able to operate heavy machinery and have a custom application license or be able to attain one.  Some agriculture experience preferred and must have a current drivers license and good driving record.  Position also requires the ability to help out in other Sooner Cooperative, Inc. functions including feed loading and grain elevators.

Grain Elevator Operator

Grain operation involves handling incoming, binned, and outgoing grain, maintaining the quality and condition of grains, and blending grains.  Position also involves cleaning and maintenance of facilities and grounds around the elevators.  Candidate must also be willing to help in other Sooner Cooperative, Inc. functions such as feed and fertilizer loading.

Tire Shop

The Okeene tire shop is currently taking applications.  The position involves tire repair, new tire installation, oil changes, shop maintenance, and general labor.  The position also requires the ability to help out in other Sooner Cooperative, Inc. functions including feed loading and grain elevators.  The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
